The Starfish ETl Web Service URL is typically http://localhost/StarfishEngine/StarfishService.asmx
If that doesn't work you can find it manually in the IIS Manager (Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services Manager). Browse your available sites on the left sidebar.
