Here is a map which will migrate ACT! to SalesLogix. This map is set up to use only the SQL versions of ACT. If you have the older flat-file version of ACT, a simple upgrade process can get you on SQL for the migration. The main map uses the Saleslogix OLE-DB provider and maps Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Opportunity Line Items, Notes, Activity & History, and Attachments.
There is also a version of the map included which uses SData for the connection (for cloud instances) but this map is not complete yet - only Accounts and Contacts are mapped. I'll update the file here as that gets built out.
