This map will migrate data from a hosted or on-premise instance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (4.0, 2011, 2013) to Salesforce.com.
We utilize the fastest API methods available for pulling down data from Microsoft, and Salesforce's Bulk API for uploading data. This dramatically cuts down on the number of API calls and time needed to perform a migration.
You'll first have to create a few custom fields to be used by the migration, as detailed in the included "instructions.txt" file.
This map migrates Users, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Products & Prices, Opportunities, Line Items, Notes, Appointments, Emails, Phone Calls, Tasks, Attachments, and Email Attachments.
Update 06/23/2014: Added support to read from new Dynamics CRM connector, adding support for 2013.
