[3100] message=DispatcherError; errorCode=003100; statusCode=401.

The error message tells you that your access token is no longer valid. Edit your QuickBooks Connection and re-authenticate. Make sure your "Company Id" on the QuickBooks Connection does NOT contain spaces.
