This map will migrate ACT! to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

This map is set up to use the SQL versions of ACT. If you have the older flat-file version of ACT, a simple upgrade process can get you on SQL for the migration. Duplicate companies are merged into a single Company record, with contact records underneath it, based on Company Name + City though this logic could be easily changed to fit your needs.

You may use an on-premise or hosted version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (4.0 or 2011).

You'll first have to recreate the users in CRM as detailed in the included "instructions.txt" file.

This map migrates Accounts, Contacts, Products, Opportunities, Opportunity Products, Notes, Calls, Meetings, Emails and Tasks.

Update 5/20/2012: Fixed a few bugs with the map, employeeid lookups and union statement issues.
